Alumni Center

Our Alumni Center took several years to become a reality. Thousands of Ball State alumni, faculty, staff, and friends like you made the center possible. The building—a symbol of the traditions important to all Ball State alumni and friends—provides a welcoming venue on campus.

But the center is more than a symbol. It is a fully equipped conference, reception, and event center available for use by the areas of University Advancement as well as university administration, faculty, and staff.

The 50,000-square-foot facility is located at the corner of Tillotson and Bethel avenues on the northeast side of campus near the football stadium. The Alumni Center houses a major assembly hall, break-out conference and meeting room space, a board room, the Alumni Library, a 47-foot glass conservatory, several meeting rooms, a kitchen that serves multiple events at a time, and reception and lobby areas. It features state-of-the-art audio and visual capabilities and was designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm Pei, Cobb, Freed, and Partners, designers of such buildings as the addition to the

The Alumni Center was built for many reasons—including some that no one but you has thought of yet. If you would like to house your event or activity in the center, please contact the director of the Alumni Center at 765-285-ALUM.
