Class of 1962 Golden Anniversary Reunion
Thursday, June 14, and Friday, June 15, 2012
Ball State University is celebrating the Golden Anniversary for the Class of 1962 on June 14-15, 2012. Activities officially begin on Thursday morning, June 14, and will culminate with a Friday evening dinner, photo and induction into the Ball State University Half-Century Club. Thursday, June 14 - Sign In, Welcome Reception—10–11 a.m.
- Luncheon—11:15 a.m.
- “Pass the Cardinal”—12:15 p.m. Share a memory, fun story or news
- Brief PowerPoint about BSU geothermal project—2:15 p.m., Board shuttles at 2:30 p.m. to see geothermal building and control room
- Alumni who will tour the School of Music at 3:15 will be taken there; others may take a bus tour of campus. All return to Alumni Center
- Free time from 4 – 6 p.m.
- Reception, 6 p.m., dinner 7 p.m. Remarks from Bill Jenkins, chair, Department of Theatre & Dance

Friday, June 15
- Shuttles return to Alumni Center—11:15 a.m.
- Luncheon—11:30 a.m. Presentation by Tom Kinghorn, “Ball State Campus, Then and Now”
- Visiting
- Board shuttles—2 p.m. for Carillon demonstration by Kirby Koriath at Shafer Bell Tower, and briefly visit the Barnes & Noble Bookstore in the Art & Journalism Building
- Ride shuttles to Museum of Art at 2:45 p.m. or take a campus bus tour
- Free time—4 p.m.
- Golden Anniversary Reception—6 p.m.
- Group Picture—6:30 p.m. in Alumni Center
- Dinner—7 p.m. with remarks from Jo Ann M. Gora, President, Ball State University
- Half Century Club presentations and pictures

*Meals and shuttles to events are at the Alumni Center, which remains open for your use from 7:30 a.m. until close of the dinner program each evening.
Reunion Album, comprised of contact information and memories from classmates, was mailed to classmates in late April. There are a few copies available to purchase. Please contact the Alumni Association at 765-285-1080 if you are interested.
