The 2012 executive committee is led by Chairman Kim Stout. The Executive Committee includes Chairman-Elect Fred Cox, Vice Chairmen James Andrew, Jennifer Budreau, Larry Metzing, Ball State Foundation Representative Wayne Estopinal, and Alumni Association Interim President Dr. Don Park.
The Alumni Council is the governing body of the Alumni Association and consists of the executive committee, 16 at-large members, and representatives from each constituent society, and two Board of Trustee Representatives
The group meets at least three times per year and duties range from passing the bylaws that govern the Alumni Association, selecting two members of the board of trustees, and adopting the association's annual budget. Members participate in committees that include the executive committee, consisting of council officers who implement and recommend council policy, and various other committees that determine a strategic plan, assess services and technology, review and select alumni scholarship recipients, and evaluate and choose alumni award recipients.
