Class of 2012 Celebration: Friday, May 4, 4-7 p.m., Alumni Center
a. Sponsors – due today! Please pay your $10 if you did not get a sponsor.
b. Food – Cupcake follow-up, all other food is set. $97 for 144 mini cupcakes from cupcakes and coneys, will check on mini ones at Walmart
c. Decorations – Everything has been ordered! Volunteers to decorate bookstore windows/clean up (Katie & Erica Wurst). Hannah scored sunglasses!
d. Publicity – Ticket table on 4/24, sorry for the delay with the mailing, please come to the office this week if possible to help mail! Attached is the sign up sheet for the ticket table – PLEASE remember to show up for your shift! Sara will take flyers to TIS to hand out with caps and gowns when ready.
e. General – don’t forget to show up for ticket distribution in office! Ticket pick-up going on 4/23 through the day of the party! Come into the office and work the ticket table – feel free to bring study materials for down time! T-shirts will be ready next week/Kate will e-mail when they arrive. If you have a conflict the day of the party and have not yet told Kate, please do so ASAP. We need volunteers to help post flyers around campus!

Survival Kits
a. Orders are due Thursday, April 19 (Next week!) and are $25 each
b. We will assemble at April 25 meeting and deliver 4/25-4/27
