The Homecoming Steering Committee invited all students to audition to be the MC for Opening Day Events/Bonfire, Flag Football, Talent Search, Air Jam, and Bed Races!

OPENING DAY: Sam Sirmons
FLAG FOOTBALL: Megan Burkett
TALENT SEARCH: Savannah Teegarden (along with faculty/staff emcee, Brian Meekin)
BED RACES: Wade Germann
Auditions were held in the Alumni Center Conference Room 1 on September 15 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Auditions consisted of reading from a provided script to a panel of Homecoming Steering Committee members.
- Opening Day and Bonfire: Monday, September 28, 7:00p.m. (Bonfire at 9:00 p.m.), LaFollette Field
- Flag Football Championship: Wednesday, September 30, 7:30 p.m., Scheumann Stadium
- Talent Search: Tuesday, September 29, 7:30 p.m., Emens Auditorium
- Air Jam: Thursday, October 1, 9:00 p.m., Emens Auditorium
- Bed Race: Friday, October 2, Noon, Riverside Avenue
Ashley points were given to the organizations of all of those who auditioned, plus additional points for being selected as an MC for the events.
Entry forms were due on September 10 by 4:00 p.m. at the Alumni Association office, 2nd floor of the Alumni Center, 2800 W. Bethel Avenue (Across from Scheumann Stadium).
