Departments are encouraged to show their Homecoming spirit and decorate their offices during Homecoming week! Judging took place on Friday, September 30, 2011. Divisional winners will receive donuts for their office, and the Overall winner will receive lunch catered for their office!

Rules:
- Decorating will be judged on creativity and appearance, as well as adherence to the current Homecoming theme, "It’s a Bird … It’s a Game …It’s Homecoming!”
- There is no entry fee for the department decorating contest, but please limit resources to no more than $75.
- All Departments must abide by the rules and regulations established by Ball State University, as well as all fire and safety codes.
- Judging will be held on Friday, September 30, between noon and 4:00 p.m. All decorating work must be completed by noon that day. A member of the Homecoming Steering Committee will get in touch with the office contact person to set up a time for judging.
- Winners will be announced Monday, October 3, on the Homecoming web site, and a member of the Homecoming Steering Committee will contact the winning department to make arrangements for lunch.
