The excitement of Homecoming Week will culminate on Saturday, October 8, with a variety of activities that welcome alumni, students, friends, and the Muncie community.
All Alumni Coffee Hour - alumni and friends will gather under the tent at the corner of McKinley and University Avenues at 9:00 a.m. for coffee before the parade. Refreshments are complimentary while supplies are available.
Parade - More than 100 units will participate in the 2011 parade! The lineup will begin at Muncie Central High School. The parade will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. For more detailed information, visit the link below.
Pre-Game Luncheon - Alumni and friends are welcome to have lunch at the Alumni Center from 11:30 - 1:30 p.m. A buffet will be available for $15 per adult, $6 for children 5-12, and free for children ages 4 and under. Menu items include: Pork BBQ, Chicken BBQ, hot dogs, baked beans, blue cheese broccoli cole slaw, fresh melon, corn on the cob, brownies, and ice cream novelties. Game Time! The Cardinals will take on the Temple Owls at Scheumann Stadium at 2:00 p.m. Wear your red and white to show your Cardinal pride!
Post-Game Celebration: Guests are invited to come back to the Alumni Center after the game for the post-game gathering. Music, food, and beverages will be available, and the cost is included with the purchase of pre-game luncheon tickets.
