Any new place can seem intimidating at first, but we have outlined a few places to help you navigate easily around Ball State. Even if you find yourself looking for the David Letterman Communication and Media building—or Letterman Building as we call it—while standing in front of the Scramble Light, there is a handy campus map just a few steps away to help you.
To get from one end of campus to another, you can hop on one of the free shuttle buses. The shuttle buses run every five to 10 minutes from 7:15 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 7:15 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Fridays. If it’s a nice day, take your own walking tour around campus. Getting from the north end of campus to the south end is about a 15 minute walk.
