Building Better Communities (BBC) is proud to announce the Primacy of Place™ Initiative.  Primacy of Place (PoP) represents a community's strategic choice to dedicate its resources toward the improvement of life experiences for residents, businesses, and visitors. Please see the new section of our website to learn more about Primacy of Place and how this new way of looking at community economic development may benefit community or organization!

Applications are no longer being accepted for the 2013 Primacy of Place™ Community Awards, but we were excited to see applications from across the state!  Winners will be announced July 24th.
