- Identify and discuss what is important to people on the job and what a manager can do to influence performance
- Explore a solid tool to be used to develop your employees and make you more productive
- Understand how developing your employees helps your organization attract and retain valuable people
- Gain a greater sense of responsibility for managing your own career
- Review the ideas and tools learned throughout the program and identify those that will have the most impact on your performance
- Create an Individual Development Plan to facilitate application of what you have learned back on the job
