The Office of Bursar and Loan Administration is responsible for the billing, collecting and depositing of all money owed to and/or collected by Ball State University. We also determine residency status, setup and maintain Cardinal Cash accounts, and preparation of federal tax form 1098-T.
You may
access your Form 1098-T
for the previous tax year using your BSU computer ID and password (same as what is used for other web applications, i.e. grades, change of address, course request).

In order to comply with regulations that protect the students' identity, Bursar & Loan Administration will require students to grant access to parents (or others) through My Education Gateway (MEG) in order for us to discuss the student's financial information. Parents must first sign up for a Ball State Passport ID.
