Dietetic Technology

A degree in dietetic technology enables graduates to work as assistants to dietitians in food services and nutritional programs. Dietetic technicians generally work under dietitians and plan or produce meals according to established guidelines. They may also counsel individuals or teach the principles of food and nutrition.
