Architects design functional, safe, and economical buildings and structures that suit the needs of the people who use them. They provide professional services and are often involved in every developmental stage of the construction process. The architect is required to design, engineer, manage, supervise and communicate with clients and builders. Most of their time is spent in an office with occasional trips to construction sites.
