Liability Insurance

Non-university groups must provide a certificate of liability insurance at least 30 days before the start of their event. Ball State requires that a policy of $1 million be in force during the days of the event. This certificate also must list Ball State University as an additional insured.

Insurance carriers should send these certificates to the Conferences and Special Events Office.
