After we review your documentation and discuss what would be an appropriate academic accommodation with you, the student can then request a letter to give to each instructor. The letter provides a brief introduction to our office and a general description of your disability as well as listing the requested accommodations and including recommendations for appropriate classroom and testing accommodations.
