Facilities Planning and Management

Facilities Planning

Facilities Planning provides support in the development, evaluation, and justification of facility needs. From the initial planning of a new or renovated space up to construction, architects and designers make sure all changes comply with local and state building codes and maintain files of those changes for future reference.

Drawings and plans of facilities are maintained and provided to consultants and other university personnel as needed. Facilities Planning also coordinates and supports the Long-Range Master Plan for the Campus.

Design Services consultants: If you are an architect or engineer interested in providing design services to Ball State University, please visit the Outside Consultants selection page.
