Airport Shuttle Service

The airport shuttle service is available at the following times:

Start of academic year in August
Fall break 
Thanksgiving break
Semester break
Spring break
End of spring semester

Ball State to Indianapolis International Airport:

Please schedule a shuttle pickup time that is at least three (3) hours before your flight departure time to allow for travel and airport security passage.

The university airport shuttle will pick up at two locations on campus: the H4 parking lot (near the Park Hall loading dock) and the south entrance (facing the R-2 parking lot) at the LaFollette Complex.

Departing passengers will be dropped off at the Indianapolis Airport Ground Transportation Center.

Indianapolis International Airport to Ball State:

The university airport shuttle will pick up arriving passengers at the Indianapolis Airport Ground Transportation Center. Upon arrival at Ball State, passengers will be dropped off to any main campus location.

Airport Shuttle Run Dates and Times

From Ball State to Indianapolis International Airport:

Spring break: March 1, 2013 / 8:00 am, 11:00 am, 2:00 pm
March 2, 2013 / 8:00 am

End of Spring semester: May 3, 2013 / 8:00 am, 11:00 am, 2:00 pm
May 4, 2013 / 2:00 pm

Indianapolis International Airport to Ball State:

Spring break:  March 10, 2013 / 2:30 pm, 6:30 pm, 10:30 pm

Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance of the departure time.
Cost is $55 per person, one way (nonrefundable).
