The Technology HelpDesk is a great place to start when faced with a technology-related question. We provide a single point of contact for students, faculty, and staff who are faced with a problem or question. Our knowledgeable, friendly staff are trained in all aspects of technology used at Ball State University.

TechClips: How-to Videos
Watching TechClips is a great way to get answers to common technology-related questions. TechClips are "how to" movies that have been created at Ball State to help guide you through using various software programs and university applications. The movies are normally less than two minutes long and are available anytime from anywhere. 
   

  Online Training Videos
When on campus, you can access Ball State's lynda.com page, where you will find online training courses from Adobe, Apple, Microsoft and others. These training courses are available on campus 24/7.
