Charges for Repairs
For laptops under warranty, there is normally no charge for the repairs. The exception to that is if the problem is caused by user abuse of the laptop, such as dropping it or spilling liquid in it. If user abuse is the cause of the problem, then there will be charges associated with repairing these issues not covered under warranty.
For out-of-warranty computers or those have been damaged by user abuse, you will be charged $50 per hour, plus the cost of the parts.
Before any work is done that will result in a charge, an estimate will be prepared and you will be contacted to approve or decline the repair. If the repair is declined, there will be a $50 charge for the diagnosis and prepartion of the estimate.
