Ball State University provides all faculty, staff and students with a Ball State e-mail account. If you do not have an e-mail account yet, please review the Usernames and Password information, which explains how to get an e-mail account and how to manage your password.
You can easily access your Ball State e-mail using Webmail (also called Outlook Web Access).
You can also access your Ball State e-mail using Microsoft Outlook or Entourage. Stop by the Tech Center, located in BL 101 for assistance. Employees may also contact the Technology HelpDesk if they would like somone to assist them in setting up the email software on their office computer.

Manage your e-mail account by visiting the Ball State E-mail Support Console. Here you can get information about your Exchange mailbox size and instructions on how to view or set a forwarding address for your Ball State username.
