Submitting an Online Assistance Request Form is an easy way to contact the HelpDesk. Because the needs of students can be quite different from those of faculty and staff members, two forms have been developed.
If you are a student having a technical issue or question and would like to submit an online assistance request, please submit the
Student Online Assistance Request Form. On the form, you will find some general information for students that pertains to getting technical issues resolved. Please carefully review that information.
If you are a faculty or staff member and would like to submit an online assistance request for technical assistance or get an answer to a technical question, please complete the
Faculty and Staff Online Assistance Request Form.
If you are not a student or university employee but would like to contact the HelpDesk, you can
e-mail the HelpDesk with your question or request for assistance.
Remember that in addition to submitting our online form, there are lots of different ways to
request assistance from the HelpDesk.
