E-mail Options for Students
Students have several options when it comes to managing and accessing e-mail. 

E-mail Information for Employees
University employees are issued a Ball State Exchange e-mail account. There are several ways to access your Ball State e-mail.

E-mail Information for Alumni
Alumni that would like to have a Ball State affiliated e-mail account are eligible to create an iConnect Alumni e-mail account. 

E-mail Accounts for Departments or Special Purposes
Departments can request e-mail accounts to be used for departmental function, special events, or special projects.

FrontBridge SPAM Protection
Ball State uses a Microsoft service, called FrontBridge, to help manage and eliminate SPAM from the Ball State Exchange (Outlook) e-mail system.  Students and employees that have an Exchange account can use FrontBridge to help manage SPAM.
