Ball State Employee E-mail Accounts
All employees are eligible to set up a Microsoft Exchange e-mail account as their official Ball State e-mail account. Exchange accounts are sometimes referred to as "Outlook" accounts.
Resource Mailboxes
Resource mailboxes can be set up to represent resources, such as conference rooms, that can then be booked via the calendaring feature of Exchange in much the same way that you would invite attendees to your meeting.
