E-mail sent to your Ball State e-mail address is delivered to a Ball State Exchange e-mail account. If you would prefer that your Ball State e-mail be delivered to another e-mail account, such as a Ball State Exchange Labs, Ball State GoogleApps account or any other e-mail account. Once you do that, e-mail that would normally be delivered to your Exchange mailbox is redirected to the e-mail address you specified when you set the forward.
