	Ball State's Network Operation Center The NOC (www.bsu.edu/noc) will provide you with information about your network connection as well as information about the campus network as a whole.

Requesting a Port Activation

Completing a Port Access Request Form (UCS-7)
The UCS-7 form is used to request a new network connection (port) which will allow access to the campus computer network, or to request a change in an existing connection.
