Printing Excel Documents

     Print Preview
Use Print Preview to see what an excel document will look like when you print it. This gives you the chance to make changes before actually printing.
   
Setting Page Orientation
By default an Excel spreadsheet will be set to portrait. It can easily be changed to landscape so that wide spreadsheets can be printed on a page.
    
Scale to Fit
The Scale to Fit option allows you to force the spreadsheet to print on a set number of pages. Scale to Fit can apply to either the height or width of the document.
