	Installing Hummingbird 11 on a Windows XP Computer Hummingbird is the software program that allows you to access the IBM system. Learn how to install it on a Windows XP computer.
	Install Hummingbird on a Windows Vista Computer Accessing the IBM system from a Vista machine requires that Hummingbird software be installed on the computer.

Changing Your IBM Password

	Changing You IBM Password For security reasons, IBM users must periodically reset their IBM password. This TechClips shows you how to change your password if your current password is still working. If your user id has been revoked, you will need to email the HelpDesk or call them at 285-1517 to have your password reset.
	Logging in with a New Password If you have forgotten your IBM password of if you get the message that your "user id has been revoked" when tying to log in, you will need to email the HelpDesk or call them at 285-1517 to get a new password. This TechClip shows you how to login with the password the HelpDesk sends you.

Customizing Your IBM Session

	Mapping Your Keyboard You can change the mapping of your keyboard to set up specific keys to perform specific functions.
	Erase End of Field Key Setting up an Erase End of Field key will allow you to press one key to clear out field on CICS screens.
	Change Your Font Color You can change the color that text is displayed during Hummingbird sessions. This can be important when you want to print certain screens, but the colors are not dark enough to show up when printed.
