DTS Team

The Distributed Technology Support Team (DTS Team) facilitates open communication between all individuals who assist in the support of technology at Ball State. Specific goals for the group include:

  • Keep individuals up to date on technology information for the university
  • Plan for future upgrades
  • Implement an integrated and comprehensive information/communication system
  • Share success stories
  • Enhance the computer proficiency in support of technology on the Ball State University campus

    Be a part of the DTS Team

    Any university employee who serves in a technology support role is welcome to attend the DTS Team meetings. These meetings will be a combination of technology-related presentations by knowledgeable IT staff as well as discussion sessions on topics of interest to the group.

    If you know anyone who would like to be added to our technology support email list, just ask them to send an email to dtsteam@bsu.edu with the subject ADD ME.


    The Next DTS Team Meeting

    You are invited to join us for our next scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 21 at 2:00 pm in BC129. We will be introducing our new partnership with Lenovo. Matt Koch, our campus Lenovo representative, will be sharing information about the company and their product lines.

    Please plan to attend this meeting as we support each other in supporting the technology needs of Ball State University. If you cannot attend in person, you are welcome to watch the meeting live via an online broadcast.
