The HelpDesk is a great place to start when faced with a technology-related question. We provide a single point of contact for students, faculty, and staff who are faced with a problem or question. Our knowledgeable, friendly staff are trained in all aspects of technology used at Ball State University.

Help is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by simply accessing our online self-serve resources.
 
Watching TechClips is a great way to get answers to common technology-related questions. TechClips are "how to" movies that help guide you through using various software programs and university applications. The movies are normally less than two minutes long and are available anytime from anywhere.
