Responsibilities: manage student leadership development activities in the residence halls; advise the Residence Hall Association, National Residence Hall Honorary, Student Action Team and National Society of Leadership Success; facilitate student leadership; supervise the residence hall conduct board; coordinate summer conference activity and coordinate departmental assessment initiatives.
Minimum qualifications: master’s degree; over four years of post-master’s experience in housing and residence life.
Preferred qualifications: master’s degree in student affairs administration; experience with summer conference administration; highly developed advising skills.
