Presenter Bio: Vivian Wright-Defrees is the owner/President of Success Development, Inc., a 20+ year old employee development company. For several years, she has provided numerous training programs for Ball State University - as contract and faculty. Previously, she was a corporate HR and Training and Development liaison in long-term care, as well as a training coordinator for a manufacturing company. She has developed and delivered numerous training programs such as management of self/others, inter/intrapersonal communications, training and development, healthy work environments, and customer service. She holds a Masters of Arts in Education from Ball State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
