Adding a Vehicle to Your Permit
If you have a current Ball State parking permit, you need to register each vehicle that will be using the permit. You must report changes to the license plate number or registered owner within five business days. You may not use your permit on or register a vehicle that belongs to another student or employee. Doing so will result in revocation of your parking privileges.
To add a vehicle to your permit or make a change to a current registered vehicle, you must provide the following information to the Office of Parking Services in person, by e-mail, by fax, or by mail. We cannot make changes over the phone.
- Your Name, Ball State ID Number, and Permit Number
- License Plate Number
- Registration State
- License Plate Type
- License Plate Expiration Date (Month/Year)
- Vehicle Year
- Vehicle Make
- Vehicle Color
