ACS/Mellon HSA Solution
The HSA Solution is the most frequently selected HSA product in the nation by employers and individuals. Both Affiliated Computer Services and the Bank of New York Mellon have partnered to offer The HSA Solution. The product was first brought to market in 2004 when Congress passed the legislation enabling HSAs. Since then The HSA Solution has grown to be the largest administrator of HSAs in the nation when considering the number of consumer accounts.
BNY Mellon
The Bank of New York Mellon is the custodian for the FDIC-insured checking portion of the HSA and functions as the record keeper for account funds. Established in 2007 from the merger of Mellon Financial Corporation and The Bank of New York Company, Inc., BNY Mellon is a leading asset management and securities services company, uniquely focused to help clients manage and move their financial assets and succeed in the rapidly changing marketplace. Headquartered in New York, BNY Mellon has $21.8 trillion in assets under custody or administration and $1 trillion under management.

ACS a Xerox Company serves as the single point of contact for employers for all aspect of product administration and provides substantially all of the administrative services to manage the accounts and service employers. ACS is a global leader in business process and information technology services. This includes finance and accounting and transaction processing, IT outsourcing, human resource services and customer care.
