Firearms Proficiency Exam

 

 2012 Firearms Proficiency Award

     For the second consecutive year, Officer Justin Smith is the winner of the 2012 Firearms Proficiency Award.  Officer Justin Smith shot perfect scores of 240 with the pistol and 300 with the rifle for a total score of 540, Very impressive. This year the award was calculated on the total of the scores for rifle and pistol.  There were 540 points possible (240 for pistol and 300 for rifle). To qualify with the pistol, officers must have scored 85% or above (204 or above).  To qualify with the rifle, officers must have scored 95% or above (285 or above).   Join me in congratulating Officer Justin Smith for his achievements.
