Scope of Work: Renovation of portion of west end of first floor of Bracken Library. The new space will house the University Technology Services (UTS) office and service spaces. Work includes: interior demolition (architectural, mechanical and electrical), new walls, doors, interior windows, new finishes, painting/staining, new ceiling grid/tiles, light fixtures and finish millwork/carpentry. Alterations/new mechanical, electrical, minor plumbing, fire sprinkler and technology components.
Estimated Cost: $540,000.00
Anticipated Start Date: February 7, 2011
Substantial Completion Date: June10, 2011
