Transcript from Another College

If you attend another college, you will want to learn if the credits will transfer to Ball State. You need to have an official college transcript sent to Ball State to assess the acceptance of transfer credit. For undergraduate transfer information (including applications), please review the Undergraduate Web site or Graduate Web site, depending on what type of credit will be evaluated.

For students who were academically dismissed from Ball State and wish to return, please complete the Special Application Request form online to obtain a reinstatement application. If you have attended another institution in your time away from Ball State, you must obtain an official transcript from the transfer institution and send the transcript to the registrar’s office.  Once recieved, the transcript and reinstatement application will be reviewed by a committee before a final decision is made.
