Graduation/Commencement

Please remember, graduation is not automatic. You must apply to graduate and declare your intent to participate in a ceremony!

All graduate and undergraduate students who plan to graduate and participate in a ceremony must complete the following three-step process: 

Step 1 - Eligible students must complete an application to graduate.  Visit either the Undergraduate Graduation Application site or the Completing Graduate Study page for more information. In addition, doctoral and specialist in education candidates must call Judy Evans at 765-285-1291 to let her know whether they will participate.

Step 2 - Eligible students must then complete the Ceremony Participation Form.  Please note: completing a participation form for a May ceremony signs you up for both the main and college ceremonies.

Step 3 - Lastly, participants will need to order the necessary materials such as the cap, gown, and tassel. We ask that you get all your materials early in case something needs to be returned or exchanged.
