Ceremony, 10 a.m., Worthen Arena
Ceremony Lineup Information
The ceremony takes place in the 11,500-seat Worthen Arena. It will begin at 10 a.m. and will last about two hours. No tickets are required. The ceremony honors students who have completed their degree requirements by the end of fall semester. All graduate and undergraduate students who are eligible to participate in the ceremony must indicate their participation choice (yes or no) at least one week prior to commencement.
In addition, doctoral and specialist in education candidates must call Susan Bourne at 765-285-1291 to let her know whether or not they will participate.
Cap and Gown Grad Fair will be held early in the Fall Semester. It will be held in the Ball State Bookstore (first floor, Art and Journalism Building). Balfour, Ball State’s official cap and gown Company, will be on site to assist with your cap and gown purchase, invitation ordering, class rings, and frames for your diploma.
Also on-site for the fair will be GradImages, our official photographer for commencement. During this time you will have the opportunity to have your picture taken in your cap and gown.
