Mark Trumbo joined the Ball State University Student Athlete Support Services staff in August, 2010, as an academic counselor and was promoted to assistant coordinator prior to the 2011-12 school year.
Mark’s primary responsibilities are meeting with freshman and at-risk student athletes from 19 varsity sports, overseeing the study table program, assisting in progress toward degree requirements for over 450 student athletes, office newsletters, and social media integration.
A 2007 graduate of Clarion University, Mark earned a dual bachelor’s degree in personal finance and real estate before completing his master's degree (sport administration) at Ball State University three years later.
During the completion of his graduate degree at Ball State, Mark served as a graduate assistant for SASS, where he was involved in conducting the study table program and completing office reports for the SASS office and Mid-American Conference.
A native of Hermitage, PA, Mark resides with his wife Kristy in Upland, IN.
