Information Technology Security Awareness (ITSA) is critical to any organization’s information security strategy and supporting security operations.  Information Security Services recognize this importance and have initiated a program to educate and train Ball State employees and students.  The ISTA’s mission is to promote the best and most current practices in information technology security.

Security is everyone's responsibility and computer users are urged to remember how vulnerable they are to cyber scams. With the following ten basic measures you can protect your computer and information.  The Vice President for Information Technology speaks about awareness and encourages us to take on responsibility.
