We want you to be successful and achieve your educational goals while you are studying at Ball State. But we also understand that sometimes circumstances present obstacles. When this happens we encourage you to contact Student Affairs right away so we can help you determine your best options.
If you find that you must withdraw from all of your classes, contact the
Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs for an explanation of the rules and regulations regarding withdrawal and assistance with the necessary paperwork. We can help you understand how your decision affects your
grades,
refunds of fees and tuition,
your financial aid awards and student loans,
housing contracts, and your potential
reenrollment as well as provide
other information.
If the military has called you to active duty, a
specific policy applies.
