Return Policy

Hardware/Accessory Return Policy
•    Returns are accepted within (14) calendar days of the original purchase date
•    Item(s) must be returned in the original unopened package for full refund
•    Open items must be returned with original packaging and are subject to a 10% restocking fee
•    Items found defective may be exchanged for like item

Software Return Policy
•    Returns accepted within (14) calendar days of the original purchase date
•    Software must be unopened in the original packaging for full refund
•    If deemed defective software may be exchanged for same software

Items NOT eligible for Return are:
•    Special order and custom configured computers
•    Opened storage devices
•    Product damaged after point of sale
•    All software that has been opened 

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Product
•    DOA if it shows symptoms of hardware failure and is inoperable upon first use
•    Contact the Technology Store within 30 days of purchase date
•    Hardware Repair will work with the vendor, determining if product will be repaired or replaced
