Financial and Academic Information
For the convenience of students and their families, Ball State provides online services to help them in tracking their academic progress and financial status with the university.
Students should keep in mind that information delivered to their Ball State e-mail address from the bursar, advising, or faculty members is considered received. If you mark other e-mail from Ball State as spam, you risk not receiving important information, such as your statement from the bursar. Learn more about managing e-mail at Ball State.
eBill
Bursar statements are provided online through eBill for tuition, housing, and other fees. The service allows students to check their bursar account, provide account access to parents or family members, or pay online by electronic withdrawal from a checking or savings account (e-check).
Granting Family Access to Education Records
A new proxy system is in place to grant specified access to parents or family members, or verify elements within the student educational record. This service is provided in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 .
