Appointment - TechTime Hardware/Software Support

If you are a student having issues with your computer, please call 765-285-8324 to make an appointment.

If you are a faculty or staff member and need technical assistance or have a question, please visit www.bsu.edu/helpdesk where you will find answers to many frequently asked questions, as well as our ticket submission system for requesting assistance.  You may also call the Technology HelpDesk at 765-285-1517 or stop by the Tech Center in BL 101 for assistance.

Regular Summer Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm



Regular Academic Hours:

Monday-Thursday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Appointments are strongly encouraged for TechTime. Walk-in help is based upon technican availablity and the complexity of the issue. Students who walk-in for assistance may be asked to make an appointment and come back.
