The Nutrition Assessment Lab (NAL) is an addition to the Dietetics Program in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences. This lab was established to help employees of the Ball State community assess their nutrition-related health habits and behaviors and to assist them in making healthier food choices.
The lab provides a superior supervised immersive learning experience for our dietetic students. With trained laboratory assistants and scientifically tested equipment, we are able to offer comprehensive nutrition assessment and counseling in a safe and comfortable environment.
