iCanQuit is a 12 month tobacco cessation program that provides participants with their own personal health coach. Your health coach will work with you on the telephone or in face to face appointments to develop a quit plan that’s right for you. As a tobacco user, you may already know how difficult it can be to quit using tobacco. People who have a plan to quit are often more successful. The iCanQuit program helps you learn about successful quit plans and develop a plan that helps you succeed. You will receive tools to help you in the quitting process including the iCanQuit workbook, quit putty, breath mints and a motivational magnet.
Successful coaching depends on communication and interaction with your health coach. The timing between health coaching sessions may vary from weekly, to bi-weekly, to monthly, and this will depend on the goals and the strategies you create with your health coach. Meetings are scheduled around your availability
