Screening Recommendations for Women - Recommended screening tests are intended to help you and your health care provider recognize risks to your health so early attention can be given to prevention, further testing, and treatment if needed. But it seems that the recommendations are always changing and may be different depending on who the source of the information is. We will discuss the what, why, when and how for current screening test recommendations with a focus on women’s health.
