How to Change or Declare Your Major or Minor

Students who are considering changing their major or minor should notify their Resource Center Coordinator and complete a "change of major or minor" form. This form is available in any Resource Center. The Resource Center will forward your paperwork to the appropriate Center if you are changing Centers.
