Graduation Process

As students make progress each year the point comes for making certain that academic requirements for programs are on track and viable for the expected date of graduation. Hopefully, students have met with their advisor throughout their semesters, and are familiar with their Advising Resource Center, but graduation doesn’t happen automatically. Students are responsible for submitting an application in order to graduate.

The application is available online, and it’s a good idea to check the deadline dates toward the end of your Junior year to be ready and on time the following year. The process is also intended to be a safeguard for students by giving notification early enough to provide time for completion. The application is due early the term before the semester you graduate. If you have questions about how the graduation process relates to you and your specific questions or concerns, consult your Advising Resource Center.
