Advanced Crisis Communications Training (ACCT) is a four-course training program created by Ball State University through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The goal of this program is to train key emergency management professionals in media relations and crisis communications skills they need to effectively communicate information to the public in times of crisis.
